Custom electronics for your product

We design the board, write the firmware and hand you a device that already speaks to its platform. One team takes your product from schematic to field pilot, on the same infrastructure it will run on for years.

  • Tailored to your product
  • Firmware included
  • Built for harsh environments
  • Platform-native from day one

The service

Electronics designed where the software lives

Most connected products are built twice: once by a hardware house that ships a board, and again by whoever makes it talk to a platform. We do it once, designing the board next to the software it feeds.

You bring the product: what to sense, where it must survive and the budget it must respect. You get the electronics, the firmware and a live connection to Thinger.io.

What we deliver

From schematic to connected device

Six deliverables, one device. Every prototype talks to the platform from its first boot.

How we work

From idea to field pilot

Five stages, each one leaving something you can hold and review.

A product requirements specification, document PRS-0142 revision B: eight numbered requirements with targets and verification method, among them operating temperature −20 to +60 °C, IP67, five-year battery life at a 15-minute uplink, LTE-M and NB-IoT bands 3, 8 and 20, and a BOM cost target, all checked and signed off by the customer and Thinger.io.

Stage 1

Requirements

We agree what the device must do and where it must survive: sensors and actuators, connectivity, power, enclosure and target cost.

You receive A requirements sheet both teams sign off

Boards we design for ourselves

From a classroom kit to a Linux audio player: four boards designed in house, with their notes in the docs.

M2IoT Modem

The Thinger32 folded into a 22 by 42 mm M.2 card: an ESP32 with WiFi and Bluetooth, a Quectel NB-IoT modem and a soldered eSIM. Slot it into a host board and the product is online, talking to the platform. It runs in research deployments such as the UPM soil and water network.
